Very Good! Even though it was near closing time, they still provided a quality and quick pedicure. Recommend!

I can't say enough about the Staff and services at Exquisite Nails. I have used this salon for 10+ years. Their work is done with care and perfection. Their priority is cleanliness and good service. They all make you feel so welcome. They do their very best with last minute appointments. Sometimes they are so busy it doesn't work exactly on your time schedule but the service is so worth the wait. Never ever have I had an issue with their service.

I didn't have a great experience, just an average one and so I wasn't going to write a review because part of me felt like okay, maybe my standards are a little too high because I have this amazing nail salon in the city that I go to and they are unmatched by any nail salon I've ever gone to and they have great prices but alas I have moved from the city 2 yrs ago and have been trying to find a local nail salon. This one had good reviews on Google but I should have checked Yelp. To start, when I was getting my pedicure and the technician used the exfoliating brush, she pushed to hard, cut my skin off, and said nothing and didn't address the fact I was now bleeding. Then my daughter pointed out a roach behind the pedicure chairs. Next, when it was time for the color, they used the wrong color on me and my daughter because they don't have a good system in place and have, for example, 4 different colors that are all number 1 because they are different brands of polish so me and my daughter had to choose a different color, albeit similar so it was okay, but still a delay and inconvenience. Then when it was time to pay, the manager/owner (?) wanted to charge me more than what she had said on the phone. In the end, she kept her word but still frustrating to have to go back and forth and deal with that. But the thing that made me write this review is that my gel manicure didn't even last for 24 hours. I woke up this morning and about a third of one nail is without polish. I've never had gel last less than 2 weeks and this didn't even last 2 days! I had my nails done because I have a party this weekend and now it looks like trash. Nothing exquisite about this nails or this nail salon. My search for a Hamptons nail salon continues...

Went there twice for a gel manicure, first time was actually good. The second time, miserable experience. Took almost 2 hours. Gel started chipping off 48 hours later. I don’t think she was trained properly. Not to mention it smelled awful in the back of the salon and a screaming kid the whole time. Not wasting my time or money here ever again. Should have walked out when I had the chance.

These beautiful people were so kind and welcoming to us. I asked for a tapered square, and couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. My two girls felt like princesses. I was concerned my daughters hands might be too tiny to get the little designs she wanted but the salon artist who tended to her exceeded our expectations. We all asked for different things and we were all ecstatic. Highly recommend this place 💕💫
